Chewy's opened on November 13th 2002 in Esther Short Park in VancouverWashington. The owners, Don and Heidi Batchelor work together to run and supervise all vending activities and catered events. Our love of Mexican food gave us the idea to start this business. Favorite family dishes made at home like the "Really Big Burrito" just had to be shared with others. We really enjoy working in a variety of atmospheres and love cooking and serving fun food for all special occasions.
Chewy's is family owned and operated. Max, our 12 yr old son is certified to work with us, and is complimented often for his ability to count back change. Simon 10, Isabel 8, and Sofia 6 are all anxious to get tested and certified as well. They are ready to start earning money like their brother!
Relationships with people are very important to us. We work very hard to please our customers, and to be sure that they are satisfied. Supporting the community and local charities are also something we strongly believe in. We are proud to Contribute to the the Washington State School for the Blind in honor of our 6 yr old daughter Sofia who is blind.
